If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as we can.
Shipping
With the exception of the umbrellas and Schoolblazer Trunkbags (which are collection only), items can either be posted or collected from the school reception.
Postage costs are caluculated using the weight of each item.
